Credit Information: Credit reports, credit scores, credit history, and related financial information obtained from consumer credit reporting agencies for consumers with signed contracts only.
Property Information: Details about subject properties related to HEI contracts, including property addresses, property values, appraisals, tax records, mortgage information, and ownership details.
Contact Form Information: When you submit a form on our website, we collect your name, contact information (email and/or phone number), and the content of your message.
Communication Records: Records of phone calls, emails, text messages, and other communications with us.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Investors: We share contract and consumer information with investors who are named parties in your HEI contract.
Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who provide critical services to support our operations, including CRM providers, credit reporting agencies, API tools, website hosting services, and other business service providers. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
4. SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from HomePace, the following terms apply:
Purpose: We send text messages to existing clients with active contracts regarding service updates, appointment reminders, document requests, and responses to client inquiries. We do not send marketing messages.
Consent: By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive text communications from HomePace. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on client needs, typically 1-3 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Mobile Information Privacy: We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may only be shared with service providers necessary to deliver our services.
5. Credit Reporting
We obtain consumer credit reports only for consumers with signed HEI contracts. We use credit information to:
Monitor contract performance
Assess financial changes that may impact the contract
Comply with our obligations to investors
Provide quarterly credit monitoring as part of our services
We obtain credit reports with proper authorization and for permissible purposes only. Credit information is handled in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the information we collect and maintain. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as legally required, including for purposes of contract management, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements. We cannot delete data that we are required to retain by law or regulation.

You have the right to:
